Appointment Process

From booking to
your visit in Kyoto.

Slots for PET-CT, MRI and endoscopy are limited, we recommend booking about two months before your preferred date.

Booking & payment

  1. Send your requestSelect your preferred dates, package, options and number of visitors on the reservation form and send it.
  2. Receive the confirmed dateOur staff will reply by e-mail with an available date.
  3. Answer the questionnaireTo ensure a safe examination, we ask about metals in your body, surgical history and more. Please complete and return the questionnaire.
  4. Pay the feeWe will send you a payment URL. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB are accepted.
  5. Receive the confirmation e-mailOnce payment is completed, your appointment is confirmed.

After arriving in Japan

  1. Receive the specimen containersWe can send the containers to your accommodation in Japan (they cannot be sent overseas).
  2. Between four days before and the day of the examination, collect two stool samplesCollect on two separate days between four days before and the day of the examination. Two samples increase the accuracy of colorectal cancer screening.
  3. The night before, start fastingThe start time depends on your examination time; please read the notice from the clinic carefully. Fasting is essential for accurate blood tests, MRI, PET, ultrasound and endoscopy.
  4. On the day, first-morning urineCollect your first-morning midstream urine using the kit we provide, and bring it with your stool samples to the clinic.

Terms & conditions

  • Please confirm the cancellation policy before booking.
  • Prices are per person, in Japanese yen, tax included, and subject to change without prior notice.
  • The examination starts punctually. If you are late for the reception time, you may not be able to take the examination, and the fee will not be refunded.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you have or are suspected of having an infectious disease (influenza, TB, etc.), fever, or serious cold symptoms, in such cases, call the clinic.
